Q = Can I order steel tube sizes & grades that are not shown on the website?

A = Yes by filling out our enquiry form here or e-mailing our sales team on sales@steeltubedirect.co.uk and we will endeavour to satisfy your requirements.

Q = “Do you offer a cut to length service”

A = “Yes, simply select your tube size and when selecting the ‘Length’ choose ‘Custom’ and this will allow you to select your ideal length, quantity and any special requirements.
Once we have received your request this will be priced and sent back to you to review with a link to the basket should you wish to proceed with the order.

Q = Do I get a copy of my order?

A = Yes, we email you confirming receipt of your order quoting our Vat number along with an order reference number.

Q = Is there a minimum order value?

A = No, there is no minimum order value or quantity.

Q = Who will deliver my order?

A = Our delivery service is backed by a prominent multi-national courier.

Q = Can I arrange a convenient delivery time?

A = We are unable to offer a timed delivery slot, deliveries are made between 08.00am and 17.00pm Monday to Friday.

Q = What payment methods do you accept?

A = SteelTubeDirect payment facilities are provided by Sage pay who offer a secure and convenient means of shopping over the internet.

Q = When will my order be sent out?

A = 95% of orders for full lengths are despatched from our stock the same day or next day after we receive them, but please allow up to 4 working days.
Approximate delivery times for ‘cut to length’ items will be advised at the time of quoting.

Q = What if I am out when you deliver?

If no one is available to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to your local depot and redelivered next day.
